Who?
José Ortiz, mechanical engineer graduated from the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina - IFSC, is currently improving his knowledge in Industrial Automation at the same institution. His professional career spans several companies, standing out for his specialization in the food sector.
With a specific focus on breweries, slaughterhouses and dairies, engineer Ortiz demonstrates the ability to design and scale solutions. His career also includes significant experiences in the forestry and paper industry, where he also has a consolidated network of partners.
